The project has enabled school students and young specialists to enter the contemporary field of technological entrepreneurship virtually from scratch and get to the point of creating a project of their own. The winners were provided with professional expert's support for their further growth and development in the form of career guidance for school students and professional support for university students.

In 2023, Kstovo and Tomsk hosted an educational program on technological entrepreneurship in the online format with 2 face-to-face project defense sessions with online participants from Muravlenko joining in. All participants were offered to attend thematic lectures given by experts in the field of AR/VR technologies, youth entrepreneurship and sustainable business development. On December 23, Tomsk's TUSUR Boiling Point venue was used to host the project's Demo Day. The project's participants had developed and then defended their own projects involving interactive illustrations about the history of the city and of SIBUR's enterprises using AR/VR technologies. The event also featured lectures on AR/VR technologies, youth entrepreneurship and sustainable business development. The project's winners were granted experts' support and rewarded with high-value prizes. The 26 December Demo Day in Kstovo was held on the premises of the B.I.Kornilov Kstovo Oil Technical College with several school teams from Muravlenko connecting to the event online.
